Ingredients

Scale

1 lb pizza dough

1/2 cup pizza sauce

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp dried oregano

Flour for dusting

Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Roll out the pizza dough to 1/4-inch thickness on a floured surface.

3. Use a Christmas tree cookie cutter to cut out as many trees as possible from the dough.

4. Transfer the tree-shaped dough pieces to the baking sheet.

5. Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce onto each tree and spread it evenly.

6. Top with shredded mozzarella, keeping it within the tree shape.

7. Add mini pepperoni slices or other toppings as desired.

8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.

9. Brush the crust with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and oregano.

10. Garnish with fresh basil or parsley, if using. Serve warm.

Notes

These are freezer-friendly; reheat directly from frozen.

Use a metal cookie cutter for cleaner shapes.

Avoid overloading toppings to preserve the tree shape.
