- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
- Finely chop the chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl.
- Heat cream in a saucepan until just simmering.
