- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup chocolate chips, melted
- Whipped cream (for topping)
- Additional chocolate chips (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Prepare the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla, then eggs one at a time, mixing well. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60–70 minutes. Turn off oven, crack door, and let cool for 1 hour. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, drizzle with melted chocolate and garnish with whipped cream and extra chocolate chips.
