Ingredients
1 pizza dough or crust
1 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped
1/3 cup basil pesto
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 450°F. Roll out or stretch pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to baking sheet or stone.
2. Brush crust edges lightly with olive oil.
3. Spread pesto evenly across the dough, leaving a half-inch border.
4. Top with chopped cooked chicken.
5. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan evenly over the pizza.
6. Bake for 10–14 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
7. Cool slightly, garnish with basil if using, slice and serve.
Notes
Use pre-cooked chicken for convenience.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
