  • 1 (8 oz) can of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup corn kernels (fresh, canned, or frozen and thawed)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)



Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, corn, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll them up.
  5. Place the rolled crescents seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Spoon any remaining chicken mixture into the spaces between the rolls.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Let cool slightly, then garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.
