  • 1 cup cherry-flavored baking chips (or white chocolate chips + 2 tbsp cherry gelatin powder)
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Pour Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cherry chips (or white chocolate + gelatin) and butter. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in the cream cheese powder and vanilla extract until fully blended.
  5. Pour the melted mixture over the cereal. Gently fold to coat all pieces evenly.
  6. Transfer the coated cereal into a large zip-top bag or container. Add powdered sugar.
