  • 4 medium Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
  • 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • ¼ cup milk or heavy cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Prepare ingredients by dicing the potatoes into bite-sized cubes and slicing the smoked sausage.
  3. Season and mix the potatoes and sausage in a large bowl with melted butter, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
