- 12 oz smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ¼ cup milk or heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Prepare ingredients by dicing the potatoes into bite-sized cubes and slicing the smoked sausage.
