  • 2 cups rotini pasta (uncooked)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (about 1 ounce)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook rotini according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.
  2. Sauté the chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
