Ingredients

Scale

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley or green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken:
    • In a bowl, combine chicken pieces with minced garlic, melted butter, olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Cook the Chicken:
    • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from heat.
  3. Prepare the Tortillas:
    • Lay the flour tortillas flat. Sprinkle half of each tortilla with a mix of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  4. Assemble the Wraps:
    • Evenly distribute the cooked garlic chicken over the cheese. Add more cheese on top and sprinkle with chopped parsley or green onions.
    • Fold each tortilla in half, pressing gently to seal the filling.
  5. Grill the Wraps:
    • Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until the tortilla is golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.
  6. Serve & Enjoy:
    • Let the wraps cool for a minute before slicing in half. Serve warm with ranch, garlic aioli, or spicy mayo for dipping.
