Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1215 Jumbo Pasta Shells
  • 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook 2 more minutes. Remove from heat.
  3. In a bowl, combine the beef, ricotta, Parmesan, and half the mozzarella. Mix well.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread 1 cup marinara in a baking dish.
  5. Stuff each shell with beef mixture and place in the dish. Pour remaining marinara over the shells and top with mozzarella.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, use freshly grated Parmesan and cook pasta just until al dente to avoid mushy shells.
