Ingredients
- 10 Egg Roll Wrappers
- 8 oz Cream Cheese (softened, room temperature)
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Powdered Sugar (for dusting)
- Vegetable Oil (for frying)
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Place an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface in a diamond shape.

Add about 2 tablespoons of the filling near the center.

Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal the top corner with a bit of water.

Heat 2 inches of oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the egg rolls in batches for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

Remove and drain on paper towels.
