- 1 ball pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
- 5 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon butter or oil (for scrambling eggs)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a parchment-lined or greased baking sheet.
- Pre-bake the crust for 5–7 minutes to set the base.
- In a skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter or oil. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then scramble until just barely set.
- Spread scrambled eggs evenly over the pre-baked crust.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the eggs.
- Add crumbled bacon evenly across the pizza.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
- Remove from oven, garnish with parsley if using, slice, and serve warm.
