Description

A delicious and customizable Breakfast Pizza made with scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, melty cheese, and a golden pizza crust. Perfect for brunches, family breakfasts, or weekend treats.


Ingredients

  • 1 ball pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil (for scrambling eggs)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a parchment-lined or greased baking sheet.
  3. Pre-bake the crust for 5–7 minutes to set the base.
  4. In a skillet over medium-low heat, melt butter or oil. Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, then scramble until just barely set.
  5. Spread scrambled eggs evenly over the pre-baked crust.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the eggs.
  7. Add crumbled bacon evenly across the pizza.
  8. Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is golden.
  9. Remove from oven, garnish with parsley if using, slice, and serve warm.
