Ingredients
For the Carne Asada Marinade:
- 2 lbs flank or skirt steak
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil

- 4 medium tomatillos, husked and halved
- 1 jalapeño (or serrano pepper), halved and seeded
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- Marinate the Steak:
- Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add steak and coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
