2 tbsp caramel sauce

1/4 cup powdered sugar (for whipped topping)

1 batch fudgy brownies (about 9×9 pan), cut into cubes

1/2 cup caramel sauce (for drizzling)

1 cup milk chocolate chunks or chopped chocolate bars

Chocolate shavings or cocoa powder (optional)


Instructions

1. Bake or purchase a batch of fudgy brownies. Let them cool completely, then cut into 1-inch cubes.

2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and caramel until smooth.

3. In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold into the cheesecake mixture gently to create a mousse.

4. In another bowl, whip the remaining heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form. This is your topping layer.

5. In a trifle dish, layer brownie cubes first, then cheesecake mousse, then whipped cream. Repeat the layers until the top.
