These Cajun Shrimp with Garlic Butter Sauce are an easy, flavor-packed dish perfect for any occasion. The shrimp are coated in a smoky, spicy Cajun seasoning, then pan-seared and tossed in a rich garlic butter sauce. Serve them over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread for a quick and delicious meal.

- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and season with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Return shrimp to the skillet, toss to coat in the garlic butter sauce, and squeeze lemon juice over the top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately over rice, pasta, or with crusty bread.
Notes
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less Cajun seasoning.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a richer sauce, add a splash of heavy cream or parmesan cheese.
