Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans, toasted (reserve some for topping)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Toast the Pecans – In a skillet over medium heat, toast the chopped pecans for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently until fragrant. Set aside.
- Prepare the Baking Dish – Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the Mixture – In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, white chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until smooth and well combined.
- Add Flavor – Remove the pan from the heat and stir in vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and the toasted pecans (reserving a handful for garnish).
- Pour and Spread – Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the reserved pecans over the top, pressing gently to adhere.
- Chill – Place the pan in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, or until fully set. For best results, chill overnight.
- Slice and Serve – Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper. Slice into small squares and enjoy!
