This Breakfast Pizza brings together all your favorite morning flavors—crispy bacon, hearty sausage, gooey cheese, and perfectly cooked eggs—on a golden, crispy pizza crust. It’s simple, customizable, and perfect for brunch, a weekend breakfast, or anytime you’re craving something extra special.
Ingredients
- 1 ball of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- ½ cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 3–4 eggs (whole or lightly scrambled)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.

Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.

Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.

Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the dough.

Scatter the cooked bacon and sausage on top of the cheese.

Add eggs: crack them directly onto the pizza or scatter pre-cooked scrambled eggs.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. If using whole eggs, bake just until the whites are set.

Remove from oven. Sprinkle with parsley, season with salt and pepper.
