Ingredients
30 Biscoff cookies
4 ripe bananas
1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups whole milk
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
1 container (8 oz) whipped topping
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions

2. Fold in half of the whipped topping gently until the mixture becomes light and creamy.
3. Slice the bananas into medium rounds and set them aside.
4. Spread a thin layer of pudding mixture in the bottom of a trifle dish or glass bowl.
5. Add a layer of Biscoff cookies followed by banana slices.
6. Spread more pudding mixture over the bananas.
7. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with pudding on top.
8. Spread the remaining whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer.
9. Drizzle caramel sauce generously over the top.
10. Sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies and cinnamon if desired.
11. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
Notes
Use bananas that are ripe but still firm to prevent them from becoming mushy.
Chill the dessert for several hours so the cookies soften and the flavors blend together.
Add fresh banana slices and crushed cookies just before serving for the best texture.
