  • 1 tbsp baking powder (aluminum-free)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup thick BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
