2 1/2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs

1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana cream pudding mix
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Fresh banana slices
Optional: whipped cream swirls or extra wafers
Instructions
1. Pulse vanilla wafers into crumbs and combine with melted butter and brown sugar. Press into a springform pan and chill.
2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in sugar, sour cream, pudding mix, vanilla, and salt until creamy.
