Lemon wedges for serving
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Optional: zest of 1 lemon
Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line a sheet with parchment.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
3. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
4. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
5. Drizzle any leftover marinade on top.

7. Remove from oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
Do not overcook the shrimp — they should be just pink and curled.
Serve the extra sauce with bread or over pasta or rice.
