  • 1 (20–25 oz) package refrigerated or frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil, chopped (for garnish)

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1/2 lb cooked ground beef or Italian sausage
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Ricotta cheese dollops

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease an oven-safe skillet or 9×13 baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mix marinara sauce with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add cooked meat if using.
  3. Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of your dish.
  4. Add a layer of ravioli, then top with more sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ravioli and sauce are used, ending with cheese on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes, until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let sit for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
