Ingredients

10 green olives

10 mozzarella balls (ciliegine)

10 cherry tomatoes

10 fresh basil leaves

10 slices salami

5 marinated artichoke hearts (halved)

10 kalamata olives

2 tablespoons Italian dressing (optional)

10 6-inch bamboo skewers


Instructions

1. Drain and pat dry all marinated ingredients and mozzarella balls. Wash and dry the tomatoes and basil.

2. Fold each slice of salami and basil leaf for easy stacking.

3. Assemble skewers in this order: green olive, mozzarella ball, folded salami, basil leaf, cherry tomato, another salami fold, artichoke half, and top with a kalamata olive.

4. Repeat until all skewers are assembled.

5. Arrange on a serving platter.

6. Optionally, drizzle with Italian dressing or olive oil before serving.

7. Chill or serve immediately.
