- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 box vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 1 ½ cups cold milk
- ½ cup chocolate ganache or melted chocolate
- ¼ cup chocolate chips (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare and chill the chocolate cookie crust.
- Mix peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth, then spread over the crust.
- Add a layer of whipped cream over the peanut butter mixture.
- Prepare vanilla pudding with cold milk and spread over whipped cream layer.
- Pour melted chocolate or ganache over the pudding and smooth it out.
- Garnish with chocolate chips and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
