- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into cubes or rounds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Wash and slice the zucchini into even cubes or rounds. Pat dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the zucchini in a large bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Optional: Add Parmesan cheese.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- Place the zucchini in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once crispy and golden, remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
