Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)

Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish

Dipping sauce of choice


Instructions

1. Wash and thoroughly dry the cauliflower and cut into bite-sized florets

2. Place florets in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil

3. Add all spices and toss until evenly coated

4. Preheat air fryer to 390°F (200°C)

5. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the basket

6. Air fry for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway through

7. Remove when golden and crispy

8. Garnish and serve immediately

Notes

Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket for best crispiness

Frozen cauliflower must be thawed and dried completely
