- 16 oz whole button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and stems trimmed
- 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel and pat them dry thoroughly.
- In a bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Place mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
