Ingredients

  • 16 oz whole button or cremini mushrooms, cleaned and stems trimmed
  • 1 ½ tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel and pat them dry thoroughly.
  2. In a bowl, toss mushrooms with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian herbs, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  4. Place mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
