Description

A healthier and delicious alternative to traditional buffalo wings, these crispy cauliflower wings are packed with flavor and made easily in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water or plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter or vegan butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into a smooth batter.
  3. Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Arrange florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  5. Toss cooked cauliflower in buffalo sauce mixed with melted butter.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
  • Adjust spice levels by using a milder buffalo sauce or adding honey.
