A healthier and delicious alternative to traditional buffalo wings, these crispy cauliflower wings are packed with flavor and made easily in the air fryer.

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water or plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon melted butter or vegan butter
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper into a smooth batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Arrange florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Toss cooked cauliflower in buffalo sauce mixed with melted butter.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
