1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 large eggs

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Olive oil spray


Instructions

1. Slice the chicken breasts horizontally into thin cutlets and pat them dry.

2. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of panko, parmesan, and seasonings.

3. Dredge each cutlet in flour, dip in egg, then press into the breadcrumb mix.
